All alcohol must be purchased through Ferleman Gallery at cost. No alcohol may be served on Sunday.

We provide tables and chairs, tailored to your selected use.
- Gallery Stage: Four-top tables and brown padded chairs.
- Main Gallery: Four-top tables, 8 ft rectangular and round tables, brown padded chairs, and blue padded banquet chairs.
- 2nd Floor Gallery: 8 ft rectangular and round tables, blue padded banquet chairs.
Hourly Audio/Visual Equipment
$20
Only available in Gallery Stage. Guests are responsible for their own audio/video switching during events.

Glassware/Dinnerware

Ceramic salad and entrée plates, glass drinkware included.
Clean-Up Fee
$200
Fee may be waived if guests cleanup. Must leave no trace, clean all surfaces, handwash/dry used items, and dispose of trash in the green dumpster behind the building.
*All events require 3-hour minimum space rental
Venue Guidelines
Permitted Items
- 1st Floor: DJ or amplified music, service dogs, photography.
- 2nd Floor: Microphone/speaker, acoustic/unamplified music, service dogs, photography.
Prohibited Items
- Non-service animals.
- Smoking, vaping, or open flames.
- Unapproved food or beverages.
- Alcohol not purchased through the Ferleman Gallery (strict enforcement applies).
- Glitter, confetti, or any adhesive materials (only painter’s tape is allowed).
- Nails, push pins, or command strips for decorations.
- Direct contact with artwork.
Entry & Exit Access
- 1st Floor Events: Use the main entrance.
- 2nd Floor Events: Use the resident entrance.
